Bildon Steels India Ltd., is an integrated steel melting and re-rolling company formed in 2008. The Melting Unit consists of 8 MT Inductotherm furnaces. Here steel scrap is melted into making of Mild Steel Ingot (MS Ingot) with Bureau of Indian Standards specification. The Re-Rolling unit is classified as 16”mill with a production capacity of 12 MT/hr. It uses the indigenously made MS Ingot and also from other local sources. The melting unit has a production capacity of 30000 MT/Annum and Re-Rolling (16”mill) has 72000 MT/Annum. The company manufactures 8 – 32 mm TMT bars with ISI and ISO certification.
